Ingredients
- 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 from 1/2 of a vanilla bean
- 1 1 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 8 8 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 5.3 1 5.3 1 5.3 ounce container vanilla yogurt
- 1.5 1.5 1.5 cups blueberries
- 9 9 9 inch graham cracker crust

Preparation
Step 1
In heavy saucepan, whisk heavy cream, sugar, vanilla seeds, and gelatin. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly for 3 minutes, until mixture is smooth.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in yogurt. While beating add cream mixture, blend completely.
Pour into 9 inch graham cracker crust. Smooth filling and top with blueberries. Chill 2 hours, or until set.
