12 jumbo shrimp
1 tbsp. Cajun blackening seasoning
Cayenne pepper
White pepper
Black pepper
Basil
Salt
Paprika
Garlic powder
Thyme
4 oz. clarified butter

Coat shrimp in seasoning mixture. Heat butter in pan. Sauté until done.
