  • 1 lb. grass fed bison
  • 1 tsp. Bragg's liquid aminos
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 T coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix liquid aminos, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, and salt with the bison meat. Put a thin layer of coconut oil in the pan and let it melt. Once seasonings are mixed well into meat, make into patties. (about the size of a tennis ball) Cook in coconut oil in skillet. Cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Makes about 4 quarter pounders.

Serve on Ezekiel bread with lettuce, tomato, vegenaise, and stone ground mustard.
