Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup white wine or balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 2 2 tablespoons ground dry mustard
- 2 1/4 2 1/4 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 2 2 tablespoons ground cloves

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a glass container or glass jar. Store in refrigerator and use to marinate less tender cuts of beef. Refrigerate meat with marinade overnight or in freezer.
