- Caramel:
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- Custard:
- 1 ½ cup whole milk
- 1 ½ cups cream 35%
- 3 eggs
- 6 yellow of eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1
1. Prepare the caramel on the stove. Melt sugar in water stirring. Bring to boil until it caramelized (as soon as you smell an odor) it must be acajou brown.

2. Prepare the caramel in the microwave. Put sugar and water in a glass bowl and microwave about 12 minutes. Take out as soon as it gets blond.
3. Pour caramel in a bowl and roll all over the plate and let cool.
4. Preheat the oven at 325.
5. Bring the milk and cream to boil (until it forms a skin on top).
6. Beat the eggs with the yellows and sugar. Slowly incorporate the cream beating. Add vanilla.
7. Pour in the bowl and put in another bowl with half of hot water around. Place in the center of the oven, cover with an aluminum foil.
8. Bake from 50 minutes-one hour or until a knife comes clean.
9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before unmolding on a concave plate.
