Step 1
mix dry ingredients , mix wet ingredients. add wet to dry and stir.
add bananas and stir. dough will be clumpy and sticky. use small ice cream scoop, and add to 379 degree oil. cook about 5 mins. or until golden brown. drain on paper towels. dust with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
