- 1 slice toast
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
- 2 oz. slice of swiss
- 1/2 c. saeurkraut, drained

Step 1
Spread toast w/ mustard. Sprinkle w/ caraway seeds. Top w/ cheese and sauerkraut, broil @ 4" from heat for 4 min. or till top is browned.
