  • 1 cup green bell peppers, minced
  • 1 7-oz can jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
  • 6 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 12-oz bottle Certo fruit pectin
  • Green food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Combing first four ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, add Certo and food coloring and stir until mixture thickens. Pour immediately into hot sterilized jars and seal.
