Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cube beef boullion
- 4 c. tomato juice
- 2 c. milk

Preparation
Step 1
Place a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and butter; saute until onion is translucent. Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth. Cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in milk and tomato juice. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, and is hot and bubbly.
