  • 4-5 4-5 4-5 uncooked boneless chicken breast
  • 1-2 1-2 1-2 packages taco seasoning
  • 1 1 1 can beans, pinto or black
  • 1 1-- 12 12 oz bag frozen corn
  • 1 1--15.5 1--15.5 oz jar of salsa
  • 3 3 3 cups uncooked jasmine rice. little less
  • 3 3 3 cups water or chicken broth. little more
  • cheddar cheese
  • cilantro// optional
  • sour cream// optional

Preparation

Step 1

1. add one cup of liquid to the bottom of the pot.
2. put chicken in bottom, sprinkle taco seasoning. top with beans and corn. top with salsa.
3. add rice, then remaining liquid.
4. cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes, then use quick release to release the pressure.
5. after fully releasing pressure, remove lid carefully.
6. shred chicken. serve immediately. top with cheese, cilantro, sour cream, avocado
