Preparation

Step 1

Bring rice and water to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed.

Stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.

Recipe Notes:
If you like your rice to have a stronger lime flavor, add more, though a little goes a long way
