Easy Lemon Cake

2 9 inch round cake pans or
9X13 pan
oven 350*

Ingredients

• 1 1 1 lemon cake mix
• 1 1 1 lemon cake mix
• 1 1 1 lemon cake mix
• 2 2 2 packages lemon instant pudding
• 2 2 2 packages lemon instant pudding
• 2 2 2 packages lemon instant pudding
• 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz tube cool whip
• 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz tube cool whip
• 1 8oz 1 8oz 8oz tube cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed on package
cool completely
beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes
Immediately spread over tops of cake layers
stack cake layers
frost with cool whip
keep refrigerated

for 9X13 pan
bake cake let cool
spread pudding mixture on top
spread cool whip on top of pudding mixture
