Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wrap cannelloni pasta in foil.
Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each pasta, place on baking sheet and place in oven for 30-40 minutes or until very crispy. Cool completely before filling.
For the filling:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl using a hand mixer.
Fill a piping bag and fill each bacon shell.
