Ingredients

  • 1 c plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 c quick oats
  • 1/2 c whole nuts, such as almonds, walnuts or pecans
  • 1 T flaxseed meal
  • 1 T maple syrup or honey
  • 1 c fresh blueberries

Step 1

In a blender, combine the yogurt, oats, nuts, flaxseed meal and maple syrup or honey. Blend until the oats and nuts are in small pieces, about 30 sec. Divide muesli among three bowls and top with the berries. Or blen 1/2 c berries with the muesli and garnish with the rest.
