  • 1 lb mushrooms fresh
  • 7 to 8 oz canned crabmeat
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp ground savory
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup no sugar mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees

in medium bowl combine crabmeat (rinse if canned) green onions, herbs and pepper, mix in mayonais and 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese until well combined, refrigerate filling till ready to use, wipe mushrooms dry remove stems, spoon out gills and base of stem making deep cups fill caps with rounded teaspoons of filling, place in ungreased shallow baking dish sprinkle top with parmesean and paprika

bake for 15 minuited
