Ingredients

  • 1 lb ball pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb ham
  • 1/2 lb salami
  • 1/2 lb swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb provolone
  • garlic powder, oregano, parsley

Preparation

Step 1

cut meat and cheese into pieces (1" squares)
roll pizza dough to 11 x 15" on floured board

Sprinkle meat and cheese onto dough leaving 1" border. Sprinkle with seasonings.

Roll, sealing seam at top of loaf. Cut vents in top.

Brush with egg yolk and milk. Bake 350deg for 45 min.
