  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped
  • 1/4 c chopped kalamata olives
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 T chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 24 crostini
  • shaved Parmesan

Step 1
