Ingredients
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, rinsed and chopped
- 1/4 c chopped kalamata olives
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 T chopped flat-leaf parsley
- salt and pepper
- 24 crostini
- shaved Parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Toss artichoke hearts with olives, olive oil and parsley; season with salt and pepper. Dividing evenly, top the crostini with the artichoke mixture, then shaved Parmesan.
