I have been back on Weight Watchers for a couple of months, so therefore, I have not shared any of my yummy recipes! Because most of the recipes I share are rich, delightful, fat laden dessert recipes!

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk all ingredient together in a small bowl. Set up your freezer and start it going. Pour the milk mixture into the freezer and let it go for 3-4 minutes or until frozen to your liking.

Pour into glass and enjoy!

f you do not have an ice cream freezer, you can always add some ice cubes to the mixture and blend it in your blender until it is frosty!

This is a strawberry cheesecake frosty!

To make this variation, all you need to do is use cheesecake pudding. Freeze as normal, then before serving stir in cut up strawberries. You could also do raspberries, peaches, or banana chunks! Yum!
