Cheddar, Bacon & Ranch Pull-Apart Bread 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 unsliced, round loaf of sourdough (or Italian) bread
  • 1 (8-12 ounce) package of thinly sliced cheddar cheese
  • 1 (3 oz.) package of Bacon Bits (or cook your own and crumble)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon Ranch dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Using sharp knife cut the bread going in both directions in a square or diamond pattern. DO NOT cut through the bottom crust.


Place slices of cheese between cuts. Sprinkle bacon in between the cuts.

Mix together the melted butter and Ranch dressing and pour over bread.


Wrap entire loaf in foil and place on a baking sheet (or with an extra piece of heavy-duty foil on bottom and place on BBQ). Cook At 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then unwrap and bake another 10 minutes or til cheese is melted. DELISH!
