- 4 onions thinly minced

- thyme
- pork fat
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 cups of water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare the stuffing by browning minced onion with the bread crumbs and the spices.
2. Fill the stuffing in the bird, which is barded with pork fat.
3. Sprinkle flour on partridge and brown in a bit of fat. When it has colored take out.
4. In the fat, brown the onion and the sliced cabbage for about 30 minutes.
5. Add back the bird and 2 cups of water. Cover and put in an 350 oven for one hour.
