CHOCOLATE CHIPS CHEESE CAKE (Jenn Air)

Ingredients

• 1 ¼ cups chocolate wafer crumbs
• ¼ cup ground almonds
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 2 container 15-16 ounces) ricotta cheese
• 12 ounces cream cheese softened
• 1/3 cup almond liqueur
• 1 tablespoon crème de cocoa liqueur
• 2 cup icing sugar
• 2/3 cup all purpose flour
• 6 eggs
• 2 tablespoons grated semi-sweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

1. In small mixing bowl, combine crumbs, ground almonds and butter.
2. Press evenly in bottom of 10 inch spring form pan.
3. Bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes.
4. In large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, cream cheese, almond liqueur and crème de cocoa and beat until smooth.
5. Blend in icing sugar, flour, eggs and chocolate. Pour into prepared crust.
6. Bake in 325 oven for 1-1 ¼ hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
7. Run spatula around edges and cool to room temperate. Refrigerate ovenight.
