Preparation

Step 1

Line baking sheet with foil. Mix flour and salt. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla. Beat in flour mixture. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll 1 teaspoon dough into 2 1/2 inch long log. Place on sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Dip in chocolate, then peppermints. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
