Ingredients
- 1 lb Bob Evans special seasoning sausage
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 12 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup drained tomato
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 12 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 T parm cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage in skillet, drain. Combine milk, cheese and mustard in saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions and cayenne pepper. Remove from heat. Cook macaroni, combine hot mac and cheese mixture in a large bowl. Toss until well coated and spoon into casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
