Ingredients
- 1 bottle or large can vegetable juice
- 1/2 bottle or can of water
- 2 T beef soup base/bouillon
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 1 1/2 cups frozen green beans
- 1 1/2 cups frozen carrots
- 2 cups southern style cubed frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic
- 2 stalks celery sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 1 bay leaf
- Black pepper and Italian seasoning, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place everything in the crock-pot except the hash browns and cook on low 5-7 hours or on high 3-5. Add the hash browns the last 45-60 minutes of cooking. This can also be cooked on the stovetop.
