SEVEN LAYER DIP
By Sube
A classic layered Tex-Mex dip with a twist; savoury crumbled chorizo is nestled inside creamy layers of refried beans, sour cream, salsa, grated cheese, green onions, guacamole. A glass pie plate or baking dish lets the different layers show through, but any high-sided pan or platter will do.
