Roasted Red Pepper Sauce for Pork

Ingredients

• 3/4C3/4 C roasted red peppers
• 22 cherry peppers (stems and seeds removed)
• 22 Garlic cloves
• 22 anchovies
• 2tsp2 tsp dried rosemary
• 1/2tsp1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8tsp1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/4C1/4 C water
• 2Tblsp2 Tblsp white wine vinegar
• 1/3C1/3 C olive oil
• 2Tblsp2 Tblsp fresh Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 9 ingredients in Blender and pulse until chopped. Finally add parsley and oil and pulse again until blended.
