  • 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1 large egg
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries (or frozen)
  • powdered sugar to top or make gooey glaze

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x8 inch cake with butter flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, nutmeg. Stir well to combine. In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs slightly, stir in sour cream, milk, and vanilla. Make a well in the middle of dry ingredients, pour in the liquid. Stir well to combine. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter evenly into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a tooth pick is inserted in center and comes out clean.
