Step 1
Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix lightly then beat well. Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix until blended. Add nuts. Pour into 9 x 5 loaf pans. Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
