Preparation
Step 1
Combine the poppy and sesame seeds, onion and garlic flakes in a small dish
Coat each slice of goat cheese on both sides and place in fridge until ready to fry.
Place Arugula in a bowl, char peppers and mushrooms in a pan with non stick spray until charred on both sides and add to the arugula.
Place goat cheese in same skillet for no more than 30 seconds per side, be careful flipping as it melts quickly.
Add cheese to salad and drizzle with avocado oil, serve warm.
