  • 2 2 2 lbs small carrots
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 6 6 6 Tbsp water
  • 3 3 3 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots until tender.

In a small saucepan, combine all remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Drain carrots and place in baking dish. Cover with sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until carrots are completely glazed. Baste occasionally.
