Ingredients

• 2 cans black beans
• 2 cans black eye beans
• 2 cans white shoepeg corn
• 1 can of Mexican can corn
• 1 small can of chopped chili peppers
• 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
• 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

pour everything in a collender and rinse and drain
chop one bunch of scallions
mix in a big bowl with corn bean mixture
pour 1 bottle of zesty Italian dressing
then add two cans petite diced tomatoes

chill and serve
