Preparation
Step 1
place ingredients in a blender jar, and blend until smooth
cook on a griddle preheated to medium
cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2 1/2 - 3 minutes), flip and cook until the egg is fully cooked and the bottoms are golden (about 2 minutes)
serve with 1 Tbsp of peanut butter (3 points) and fresh berries
