Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 T. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 5 c. sliced fresh peaches
- 2 9-inch pie crusts
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare pastry for 9-inch lattice top pie. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and dash of salt. Add to 5 cups sliced fresh peaches and mix. Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry. Put in filling and dot with 2 T. margarine. Adjust lattice top. Crimp and seal edges. Bake at 400* for 45-50 minutes.
