Mandarin Orange Cake

Ingredients

• Icing:
• Yellow cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1 can mandarin oranges (with juice)
• Medium Cool Whip
• Instant vanilla pudding
• Large crushed pineapple (drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.

Mix icing ingredients and ice cooled cake.
