Ingredients

Step 1
Wipe the fish and set aside. Combine the rest of the ingredients to make the marinade. Pour marinade over the fish, reserving some for basting, and leave it to steep for about 2 hours. Barbecue on oiled grill 3 to 4 minutes per side, just until the fish flakes. Brush with the remaining marinade several times during cooking. Serve with wedges of lemon.
