Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamy mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown.
