- BULK:
- 1 1/2 c. salt
- 9 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. pepper
- 25 pounds salt
- 5 pounds brown sugar
- 1/2 pound black pepper

Step 1
Mix ingredients and apply to meat. Bulk will cure about 10 pieces of meat. (i.e. shoulders, ham, etc.)
