Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp romano cheese(parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 '4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried basil, divided
  • 1 tsp dried oregano, divided
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400
Add all ingredients (reserve half of herbs for the topping at end) to a bowl and mix until combined
Spray a loaf pan with oil spray
Form the mixture into a loaf and sprinkle remaining herbs
Cook for 45 min
