Ingredients
- 2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup Zesty Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and poultry rub to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Season chicken with salt and/or poultry rub; place in crock pot.
2. Mix sauce and other ingredients; pour over chicken. Cook on high 3-4 hours; shred and serve.
