Step 1
Prepare the dressing by mixing the sour cream, mayonnaise and dried herbs until combined.
Add one T of milk and mix. If the dressing seems too thick, add another T o milk. Don't forget to add another T of mild to the final nutrition count.
Place romain on bottom and pile other ingredients on it and place a T of Dijon in the center.
Drizzle with the dressing, about 2 T per serving and toss to coat.
