    1 (20) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup/or juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour 9x12 baking pan. In large bowl, mix together, flour, sugar & baking soda until well blended. Make a well in center & add oil, vanilla, eggs, pineapple with liquid & nuts. Mix well to blend. Bake for 30 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cake will be quite brown. FROSTING: In medium bowl mix room temperature cream cheese & butter together. Then mix in powdered sugar & vanilla. Beat until creamy then spread on warm cake..
