Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 1 1 onion, chopped
- 1 1 pkg 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 2 2 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1 carton 1 (32-oz) carton beef broth
- 1/2 1/2 pkg 1/2 (16-oz) pkg fettuccine, broken in half
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1 1 tsp paprika

Step 1
Cook beef, onion, mushrooms, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked pasta. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer, 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream and paprika.
