Seared Chicken with orange Salsa

Sprinkle chicken with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook, in batches, in 1 Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet. Combine oranges, onions, lemon juice, honey, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper in a small bowl. Serve salsa over chicken.
