Ingredients
- 1 filet of pork
- 1 clove of garlic
- paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 tbsp lemon juice or white wine
- 1/2 tsp marjoram or sage
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup light cream

Step 1
Rub garlic clove on both sides of pork filet. Sprinkle with paprika and sauter in butter over medium heat. Combine mushrooms and then the wine or lemon juice, salt, pepper and sage. Cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
Remove cooked filet and set aside. Mix flour and cream and combine with filet sauce. Stir until creamy consistency. Serve sauce with filet.
