- 1 1/2 c. of quick grits
- 6 c. water
- 1 lb. of pasteurized cheese cut into cubes
- 3/4 c. of butter
- 11 drops of Tabasco
- 3 eggs

Step 1
Cook grits according to package directions. Remove from stove and add butter and cheese. Add Tabasco sauce. Beat in eggs. Bake in a large buttered casserole in an oven preheated to 375 degrees.
