Preparation
Step 1
Cream together oil and sugar. Stir in eggs (one at a time). Then add baking powder, milk and vanilla and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Place batter in 2 pie shells about 2/3 full.
Mix sugar, cocoa and boiling water until smooth, let cool for a bit, and then pour the condo collate mixture on top of each pie. (I poured it right on top in the center of each one.)
Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
