Ingredients
- Cake:
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup soy milk
- Swirl:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 tsp. cocoa
- Glaze:
- 3 cups confectioners sugar
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. soy milk
- pinch of cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all cake ingredients together well. Pour into a floured bundt pan.
3. In a small bowl mix all swirl ingredients and sprinkle over cake and marbleize.
4. Bake of an hour.
5. Combine glaze ingredients drizzle over cake and let harden. Drizzle melted chocolate over cake.
