Ingredients
- 4 Quarts sliced medium cucumbers
- 8 medium white onions sliced
- 1/2 C pickling Salt
- 3 Cloves Garlic - halved
- Cracked Ice
- 5 C Sugar
- 3 C Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbls Mustard Seed
- 1 1/2 Tsp Celery Seed
- 1 1/2 Tsp Turmeric

Preparation
Step 1
In a Large Bowl Combine Cucumberws, onions, salt and garlic. Stir in a large amount of Cracked Ice. Let stand 3 hrs. Drain Well save drained liquid
Remove Garlic.
In Large Kettle combine Sugar, Vinegar, mustard Seed, Turmeric & Celery Seed.
Add drained Mixture, bring to a boil. Pack Cucumber mixture and liquid into sterilized pint jars.
Leave 1/2 inch head space. Adjust lids - Process 10 minutes, makes 8 pints
