Sausage Stuffed French Bread

Ingredients

• 12 12 12 " Loaf French Bread
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 # Ground Italian Sausage Cooked & Drained
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 C Diced Onion
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 C Diced Celery
• 1 1 1 T Minced Garlic
• to & Pepper to Taste
• Butter & EVOO
• Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 C Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Oven 350F.

Slice Bread in Half Lengthwise, Scoop Out Center Section of Each Piece. Place on Baking Sheet.

Medium Skillet with Butter & EVOO, Medium Heat Saute Onion, Celery & Garlic.

When Done, Add Cooked Sausage & Drizzle of Dressing.

Add Mixture to Bottom Section of Bread, Drizzle more Dressing. Top with Cheese, Close.

Bake 4-6 Minutes until Cheese Melted & Bread Brown.

Cut in Half. Serve Hot
