  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 onion, minced

You may substitute ½ cup wine and 1 cup water for the beer.
